SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Saturday, August 13
7:00 - 9:30 a.m. Entries may be brought to the Pavilion Annex
9:00 a.m. Placement
9:30 a.m. Judges and Clerks Meeting - Location to be announced.

Judging of the show immediately following the meeting.

11:00 p.m. Show closes to the public.

Sunday, August 14
10:00 a.m. Show opens to the public.
5:00 p.m. Presentation of Awards - Pavilion Annex


ADMISSION AND PARKING
Each exhibitor, judge, or clerk will be eligible to receive admission tickets and parking passes to the Fair for both Saturday and Sunday, provided these passes are obtained from the Show Chairperson before Saturday of the Show*. Exhibitors, judges or clerks without these passes, and family members or friends traveling with the exhibitor, judge or clerk must pay regular Fair Admission and Parking. After you have completed your judging assignments, please enjoy the varied exhibits and attractions of the Grays Harbor County Fair.

SHOW OPENS TO THE PUBLIC
The show is open to the public from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. on Saturday, and from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Sunday.

REMOVAL OF ENTRIES
Entries must be removed from the show hall on Sunday evening between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. No entries may be removed before 5:30 p.m.

A dahlia bloom with less than a 2” stem floating in clear water in a container, with freedom of movement. 14” X 14” napkin is optional.

Just for Fun! Three Winners! First drawing is $50, next two are for $25 each. Bring a vase of dahlias or dahlias with other vegetation that you may grow. Minimum of 7 dahlia blooms in vase and dahlias must dominate the display. 1 ticket per vase entered; no limit on number of entries per person, so bring all you have!

Class 301 - "FUN AT THE OLE SWIMMIN’ HOLE” Arrangement showing water.
Class 302 - "BRINGING IN THE HAY ” Arrangement with yellow dahlias.
Class 303 - "BUSHELS OF FRESH PRODUCE” Design with dahlias and vegetables.
Class 304 - "BARN RAISING” Frames of weathered wood with three different sizes of dahlias. (example a P, MB, BA or M, BB, A)
Class 305  - “FUN MILKING THE COW” Design using a glass milk bottle as a vase.
Class 306  - "FARM FRESH FUN" Design showing motions and whimsy.
Class 307  - "FARM BABIES" Small design 18 inches or less (in all directions) using dahlia blooms under 2 inches in diameter.
